Fairly clean hotel in a big building next to southern Russia and the centre. Modest and spaciousroom with a seaview and balcony and 2 single beds as advertised. Good choice of good options for meal. Affable staff, unbeatable location in a walking distance to the railway station.

Staff was very amiable and hotel is fairly clean and fabulous! Liked the room with a seaview, my bed was comfy. The location was central, excellent on the beach. I randomly popped in Wine Time serving some pastries, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue, it was nice.

Appreciated our rooms with balcony. A shower, a hairdryer, and towels was a plus. The location was great and unbeatable for traveling around Sochi, next to the sea port, beach, sea port, transport infrastructure and main attractions. Ate at Registan, it's not too far from the venue.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, with the beach just a stone's throw away. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, ensuring that we felt pampered and well taken care of throughout our stay. The room amenities were excellent, with a well-stocked mini-bar, a cozy sitting area, and a spacious dining table. The free toiletries provided added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great way to unwind in the evenings, and the carpeted floors added to the overall comfort.

it was good overall, also they have a fast and stable wifi, which is not very often for russia.
the noisy works on the place next to the hotel start early in the morning. nothing to do about that, the whole city is heavily building now to welcome 2014 olympic games.

Everything is perfect. Excellent tasty breakfast. The price covers relaxing in the fitness centre with sauna, pool and herbal teas.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it's close to the beach and within a walking distance to the railway station. We also enjoyed the clean facilities and the great breakfast. The staff was helpful and friendly.
